Kayalar Kimya was established by Yılmaz Kayalar.

The production moved to the Kartal Factory.

Production started at the Tuzla factory.

Production of architectural paints under the Düfa brand in collaboration with Meffert AG.

We acquired the sales right for Düfa brand from Meffert AG for Turkey and 18 other countries.

The partnership with Bancroft was realized, and 35% of the shares were transferred to Bancroft.

R&D Center Certification was received.

Industrial paint production under the Genç Noroo brand commenced in collaboration with Noroo Paint.

The shares transferred to Bancroft were repurchased, and Kayalar Kimya became once again a 100% Turkish-owned company again.
